Master Service Agreement

The Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) defines the overarching legal and commercial framework governing the provision of services by AUZA IT Services and Consulting Inc. The Agreement sets out the general terms applicable to all engagements, including service governance, contractual structure, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, compliance with applicable laws, and dispute resolution.

Specific services, deliverables, service levels, and commercial terms are defined separately in applicable Statements of Work, Service Orders, or similar engagement documents, which are incorporated by reference into the MSA.

Service Level Agreement

Service Schedule

Service Schedules operate in conjunction with the Master Service Agreement and, where applicable, the Service Level Agreement. Each Service Schedule applies only to the services expressly identified within it and may be issued separately for different service offerings or engagement types.
